Synopsis

Meet Mordecai Jones; Master Of Back-Stabbing, Cork-Screwing And Double-Dealing!

Mordecai Jones is a professional con man from the South of the United States who adopts as a protégé Curley, a young army deserter, and teaches him all the tricks of the trade. Master and disciple are in the crosshairs of Sheriff Slade, who dreams of seeing them behind bars, but the rich girl Bonnie Lee Packard falls in love with Curley and helps the delinquent couple to flee from the law.
